By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed to English Law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction at the English Court.
This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. This website and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK Law.
Right to cancel:
Cancelled items must be returned to us and must be received by us complete, in the same conditions as they have been received.You may normally cancel your order if the goods supplied are faulty.
Give us written notice of your complaints as soon as possible describing the faults.
We will then inform you inform you whether we require you to return the goods to us or not.
Payment:
1. Payment in advanceYou can directly into our account at Barclays Bank, account number 103 66 145, sort code 20 46 76, Backhaus German Bakers.
Once we have received the transferred money, we will send the goods.
2. Payment in advance; sending a regular cheque payable to: Backhaus.
Once the cheque has been cleared, we will send the goods.
3. Online Payments
We also accept credit card payments through Barclays EPDQ online payment server.
Please note that the system will put your payment through instantly once you have gone through the payment process. Should any products not be instantly available, we will notify you of the delay and will give you an approximate date of when you can expect your delivery.
