Dear Backhaus Visitor.
We established the bakery production at 181 Ashburnham Road. We encountered a lot of problems with the neighbours, the council, the electricity and water supply and and and. But we have solved most of our problems, and now, as you can see, feel and taste as well, we do better everyday.
Carola and her Sales Girls are happy to serve you. Just keep in mind that they sometimes have a lot of customers and you may have to wait a little until you're being served. Myself, Gerd, with Daniel as bakers and Sandra as our Patissier, do everything we can in order to always produce the best products. We keep ourselves up-to-date and incorporate newly learned things into our production of good quality baked goods. Most of our raw materials and ingredients come directly from Germany: we import them in order to offer you the most authentic German goods. The food we offer is the food you ask us to get for you: In our shop, we try to offer you the products you want. If you miss anything, tell us about it, and we will try to get it for you. Recently, we have opened the new shop, which is located left of the bakery. At this shop, we offer you a wide range of frozen products from Germany, such as Wagner Pizza, and the yummy ones from Dr. Oetker as well. The range will include Iglo products, frozen vegetables, like the "spinach wih a plupp" of fish meals, for example fish fingers for the kids. You can be sure that you will find a lof of new products in this shop, so make sure you come and check them out! We hope that the way we serve you is always to your satisfaction, but if you are dissatisfied - tell us! - and if you are happy with us - tell others!
