Our range of breads are manufactured and strictly controlled according to old-fashioned methods and traditional recipes - all handmade freshly on our premises. We don't have any premises in Hammersmith, monday - friday open 7.30am - 5.00pm. saturday 7.30am - 4pm

Backhaus turned 10!
We would like to thank you, our loyal customers, for making our 10th birthday party a full success. It was lovely and a full success - the piggy was very yummy, too. We hope you like the pictures!
We only use German flours and ingredients like seeds and kernels.
Only flour, sour dough, iodised salt and revitalised water (elisa-system) are used. No improvers, no chemical products are added.
All our breads are VEGETARIAN and VEGAN. All our breads have a low glycamic value, too, and hence are suitable for a weight-reducing diet plan.
We also create traditional cakes like Blackforest cake, cheese cakes, cream tarts.

Last orders for every week: All general last orders have to be in Wednesdays before 8 pm.
Our products are being sent by Interlink Express. 9am-6pm
Deliveries have to be ordered Mondays to Wednesday by 8pm.
We do not send any goods out on Fridays because of the higher weekend delivery costs.
We do not accept online orders for the British Isles, only for Britain mainland! Please call us to order such deliveries.
Delivery prices England and Wales:
£8.30 up to 9kg - Interlink Express - then £0.40 per extra kilo.
We can also send out frozen goods! ...in special polystyrene containers. That way, the goods do not thaw and can be frozen by you again. Small packages can be ordered for 4 items and big packages for 8 items.

Saturdays: Islington, Deutsche Samstagsschule Drayton Park, arvon rd n5 (close to Arsenal Stadium) 10.00 - 12.00 (This is a private event, guests are welcome, please notify Carlos). Borough Market, Jubilee section 8-5.
